Two-Faced Shaub in Action!

Pete Shaub is so unstable that he can’t even keep a story straight during a 10 minute public conversation! Molly Henderson was proposing that the Lancaster County Commissioners have two public meetings to DISCUSS reducing the area where the bed tax is collect. The resolution was to simply authorize the meetings – that’s it!

Shaub knew that there were members of the Chamber of Commerce that were there to beat up on Dick & Molly. To give them a shot at them, Pete said that before beginning the discussion of meetings, the idea of reducing the area should be discussed. (Click to see clip one Voogled ) After a few people spoke against the idea of reducing the area for the bed tax, the next ten minutes was filled with person after person busting on the convention center and in support of reducing the tax! Shaub became visible agitated and finally at the end said “We should have been talking about hearings, this discussion was totally out of line.”! Seemingly Shaub forgot that HE was the one that said the idea should be discussed! (Click to see clip two Voogled )

There’s more! In clip two, Shaub also announces that he was going to vote in favor of the public hearings. The next week Shaub said he wouldn’t be coming to the public hearings!
