Last week was not a good week for two of Judge Wayne G. Hummer’s hunnies. On August 18, 2006, Judge Hummer in two different cases awarded custody to two woman who both faced jail time for lying. This story is about the first of Hummer’s Hunnies getting busted for lying
Last October, 5thEstate.com began a ground breaking series on family court in Lancaster County.
(the entire series can be found by clicking here)The first story we printed was about Wendy Flanders lying about what happened in the Lancaster City police station in November of 2004. Those lies resulted in her ex-paramour Ben Vonderheide being hand-cuffed and removed from his home in front of his 6 year old son (who was then taken to his lying mother a short distance away!). Vonderheide was thrown in jail. The city police, rather than talk to officers on duty, took Flander’s word and filed charges. The Lancaster District Attorney’s office, during an Indirect Criminal Complaint hearing before Judge Hummer dropped all charges against Vonderheide.
In April of this year, Wendy Flanders and her partner in lies, Ted Yoder, were charged by the Lancaster County District Attorney’s office with “False Reports to Law Enforcement”, “Unsworn Falsification to Authority”, “Criminal Conspiracy to Commit Unsworn Falsification”

Last week Flanders was final hit with similar charges for yet another attempt to falsely jail Vonderheide. The new charges include a “Felony Perjury” and “Harassment”.

. While the first charges relate to an incident in the Lancaster County Courthouse, the second set of charges deal with the incident which happened in the Lancaster City Police Station. Both charges use video tape to prove Vonderheide’s innocent and Flanders’ lies!

The irony? Judge Hummer has listened to lie after lie from this woman and uses it against the victim of her lies, Ben Vonderheide. But because Hummer used Flanders’ lies in his custody decision, she can be charged with the Felony Perjury!
Ted Yoder was accompanied to the preliminary hearing by his wife Kathy Yoder. You might remember that Kathy, a councilor at Calvary Church, used her position and the church’s name to get an otherwise healthy 6-year-old on drugs! Why did they do that? So that they could use the drugging as proof that Vonderheide was causing too much stress!
And what does Hummer say about the credibility of Flanders and Vonderheide? on August 18, 2006 Judge Wayne G. Hummer Jr. ruled in favor of Ms. Flanders and completely against Mr. Vonderheide stating in part “The testimony of both father and mother was very much in conflict. In determining the more credible witness, the court feels that mother displayed at all times her foremost concern was the welfare of [child]. Father appears to be more concerned with himself and his perceived status as a victim of the system.”.
On Friday November 3, 2006, Judge Hummer refused to allow the charges filed against Flanders to be entered on the record. After four years of slanderous and libelous comments against
Vonderheide, Hummer is still protecting one of his "hunnies" from the truth.
But what else did Hummer do? He scheduled a hearing on taking down this and any other website that tells the truth! That's right - Judge Hummer, who took an oath to uphold the constitution, wants to stop the First Amendment!
