Last week was not a good week for two of Judge Wayne G. Hummer’s hunnies. On August 18, 2006, Judge Hummer in two different cases awarded custody to two woman who both faced jail time for lying. This story is about the second of Hummer’s Hunnies getting busted for lying.
Christy Korman is currently in jail for violating her terms of parole. In 2000 she plead guilty and went to jail for one Count "Statutory Sexual Assault", a felony. One Count "Corruption of Minors"
One Count "Indecent Assault". The child that's a subject of this story was actually on the bed while she was having sex with a minor relative! Sickenly, Hummer awarded custody to her! The boy’s father is married and works with computers at a large corporation.
Korman, on the other hand, is living with her mom and was working as a waitress but recently quit her job. It’s good she did since her recent arrest for “false swearing” sent her to jail for violating the terms of parole!
5thEstate.com was there when she was charged and tried to interview her. She was syrupy sweet before the hearing but she didn’t answer our one question: “Did you lie on the stand in Hummer’s court?” Christy Korman gave a BIG grin as her only answer!
Korman is being busted under the Pennsylvania homeschool law which says in part:
"The affidavit shall contain a certification to be signed by the supervisor that the supervisor, all adults living in the home and persons having legal custody of a child or children in a home education program have not been convicted of the criminal offenses enumerated in subsection (e) of section 111 within five years immediately preceding the date of the affidavit."
What offenses are listed? Everyone that Korman has been convicted of doing!
"The crimes include aggravated assault, harassment and stalking, kidnapping, unlawful restraint, rape, statutory sexual assault, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault, indecent assault, indecent exposure, incest, concealing death of child, endangering welfare of children, dealing in infant children, prostitution and related offenses, offenses involving obscene and other sexual materials and performances, corruption of minors, sexual abuse of children, and felony charges under the Controlled Substance, Drug, Device and Cosmetic Act."
While Hummer knew of the violations, it didn’t stop him from taking the child from this two-parent home and giving it to the unemployed convict living with her mother!
