Curry Burns official title is Vice-President of Instruction for the company which claims to have over 30 schools in Arizona, California, Florida, Illinois, Louisiana, Michigan, Missouri, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas and Washington, D.C.

5thEstate.com, in our first story on consultantgate, nailed Curry Burns (the story documented on 5 of the 6 items detailed in the FBI criminal complaint!) While both the print news monopoly and TV were playing catch-up (and stealing from 5thEstate.com!) we continued to dig and provide more and more documentation that the School District of Lancaster was out of control!

January 10, 2004, 5thEstate.com broke the story that PROVED that School District of Lancaster (SdoL) Superintendent Ric Curry hired relatives. The worst public figure in the entire incident has to be School Director Art Dodge. Dodge has refused to believe or admit that FBI would "find anything". He arrogantly and ignorantly said, "Unless my judgement is severely flawed, the FBI will find nothing"!

A few days later we showed that Curry's Brother-in-law was a convicted drug dealer who went to jail for his involvement in a car chop-shop operation. (Click here to read) Because of all the bad press, David DeShields paid SdoL $13,000.

Next, 5thEstate.com uncovered that the "Rev" Ed Bailey's "cultural translators" were over-paid $25,000! When confronted, Bailey told the Intell, "We thought it was all a part of our money, and we found out at the end it was not," he said. "We found out we had overspent." Yeah right. When the newspaper was reporting that Curry resigned, 5thEstate.com was reporting WHY! Curry gave his unqualified sister $600 a day for a total of $5,400. Curry also gave his live-in girlfriend, now wife, a grand total of $4,500. Curry's wife, a secretary received $1,500 per DAY?! (Click here to read)
