Bills you the taxpayer hundreds of thousands of dollars!

Editor’s note: This is published after reading Lancaster Newspaper’s account in the Sunday News. Of course, I have the video up so you can see how “intimidating” (that’s what Logan says!) Mrs. Logan was questioned by NewsLanc.com’s Chris Hart Nibbrig. To say that he was a PERFECT gentleman is an understatement. Nevertheless, it’s important to point out that the consultants don’t mind talking to the Penn Square Partner propaganda arm – the Lancaster Newspaper - but they do mind talking to anyone that asks HARD questions! The only "threat" that I am is exposing the truth! Please notice that when I question Logan, he doesn’t deny that he told his wife to lie but he does deny providing vacation for Hixon. How come he answered the one question and not the other? If Logan had come from Lancaster as he says, why wouldn’t he deny that question about lying? Instead, he denies the question about vacations and but admits to the paper that his friend “rented” a vacation home to Hixon. Wouldn’t you like to see Hixon’s check for that rental and for how much?

So what does a guy do for nearly $60,000 a month? That’s how much Lancaster County Convention Center Authority (LCCCA) paid Dan Logan in October. Considering that Pennsylvania nearly revolted from our state legislator who have to put in an entire year just to make $70K, so 5thEstate.com and our friends at NewsLanc.com decided to find out what Logan does.

We were unsuccessful. Reporters from our ‘zine as well as from NewsLanc.com made repeated phone calls, emails and phone appeals to LCCCA staff to no avail. Why wouldn’t a credible consultant want to brag about what he is doing for the reported $700,000 they have received from public monies? A road trip was in order! The hundred thousands of dollars of bills had a Medford, New Jersey address on so Ron Harper Jr and Chris Hart Nibbrig plugged the address into the GPS and made the trip.

What we discovered and what we didn’t discover are just as revealing. Apparently, “Grow Business Development” is nothing more than a residential development! While Hart Nibbrig knocked on the door, Harper filmed the entire scene. Despite the fact that it was 2:53 PM, no one appeared. Amazingly, a beagle – known for their excitability – calmly sat in the next room which had a wide-screen TV tuned to afternoon “trash TV”. Maybe the dog was sitting his master? No one answered.

Hart Nibbrig and Harper found a basketball net hanging out in the public street on the public sidewalk in front of Grow Business Development, so the two reporters killed time and shot some hoops in the street. Six minutes later, a woman, later identified as Mrs. Logan pulled up and drove into the driveway but did not put he car into the garage. (Maybe she didn’t want us to see the other car in the garage?!) She was friendly and said that Logan was away overnight on business and wouldn’t return until late the next afternoon. Oh. She then walked into the house – without stopping to unlock a door! – and that was it.

About two hours later, the reporters pulled up in front of the house and realized that none of the neighbors were home and that it would be better to come back later. The reporters found out later that Logan apparently must have followed them from this point until an hour and half later! When Harper pulled into the development, he notice a car following a block and half away. He exited the development and discovered that this car continued to follow! Unsure of who could be following and for what reason, Harper feigned turning left and began following the SUV that had been following them! After seeing the SUV making various turn and recklessly speeding away, Harper left the SUV pursuit and returned to the development to talk to the neighbors and drop his business card off at Logan’s “business” and asked to return a call.

When Harper drove passed the home with the intent of doing a U-Turn and parking across the street from “Grow Business Development”, he was shocked to find the very SUV parked on the side street! As Harper’s headlights shined on the license’s plate, both reporters exclaimed aloud, “There they are!”. The SUV took off and Harper unsure of who they were following went after them for the second time.

After 15 minutes the SUV pulled into a police station and a man, later identified as Dan Logan, got out and walked in to the station! Harper double-parked and charged in with the camera rolling to finally ask Logan some questions. He refused – except for one question!
