Jury finds LIARS GUILTY! May 24, 2005, 2007 Have you read our groundbreaking series on corruption in Lancaster County Court System? (Click to see them all at TheCourtOfPublicOpinion.com.) Last week in a jury trial, Calvary Church members Wendy Flanders and Ted Yoder were found GUILTY of the following charges and sentence to one year of probation and ordered to have NO CONTACT with the victim:
Ben Vonderheide, the victim in this crime, testified on the first day of the two day and half day trial. Flanders is also facing FELONY perjury charges related to testimony in Judge Wayne G. Hummer's courtroom. Flanders' lies were about an incident that 5thEstate.com wrote about October 6, 2005 (click here to read story). The second day of the trial began with Judge Dennis E Reinaker verbally spanking Flanders for LYING to the court! Before the jury of 12 was sent to deliberate, Reinaker warned that by finding the pair guilty, they would be "forever convicted liars"! This crime can be used to impeach them the rest of their lives in any civil or criminal event. The felony perjury trial will start off with the jury hearing that Flanders is already on probation for being a convicted liar! Stay tuned to 5thEstate.com where we cover the events no other media dares!
