Also uncovered in the hearings was a letter dated August 29, 2006, which is signed by Manheim Township manager Jim Martin on behalf of the Manheim Township Commissioners. The letter, as reproduced below, describes "The Crossings" in the most glowing terms and asks the state to pony up the money so that the public can have the pleasure of shopping at Dale High's mall!
