Never married. Has three children to three different men. She is on Social Security Disability for years and spends her summers lounging at the Leola Pool getting a tan. From Berks County to Lancaster County she has a nearly 20 year history of false allegations and charges against the three ex-paramours and anyone that has gotten in her way. (Editor's note: This includes me! Rh) The countless police calls and countless hearings based on the false allegations has conservatively cost taxpayers $250,000 or more with law enforcement and court official's time. Currently facing jail time for two counts of "False Reports to Law Enforcement" , one count of "Unsworn Falsification to Authorities", one count of "Criminal Conspiracy to commit unsworn falsification", one count of "Harassment", and a felony count of "Perjury".
Lancaster Judge since 1980 and according to members of the bar, mentally deteriorating over the last few years. Bar members have reported Hummer falling asleep on the bench and generally have difficulty following anything other than a very simple argument. When Hummer's daughter got divorced, he used his years of experience on the bench to help his daughter discharge all her debt, bought her house at Sheriff Sale at a bargain price. Next, he bought his daughter and soon-to-be son-in-law's mortgage for $10k and then sued his son-in-law for 30k in penalties and interest!
Victims #2 & #3 of Wendy Flanders. Based on false allegations, each have faced multiple Protection from Abuse orders and multiple Indirect Criminal Complaints. Each has faced criminal harassment charges and one Felony kidnapping charge! (Editor's note: I fleetingly was charged with violating Vondereheide's PFA by ignorant and/or over zealous police!) Each has spent time in jail related to Flander's involvement in their lives. Despite fighting to see his daughter, John hasn't had his 14 year old daughter visit him since she become a teenager! Vonderheide recently lost all custodial rights is relegated to every other week-end and 2 1/2 hours a week - all thanks to Judge Hummer
Close friend and council for Wendy Flanders. She has been observed in the evening, alone in his office several times working on her many, many issues. Wolman was once investigated for malpractice by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. Wolman produced a letter that showed that he was innocent! The problem? The letter was created to fool the Supreme Court. Wolman was then sanctioned for lying and ordered to continue counseling for his problems! Wolman's current wife is a former client whom he helped divorce and then married himself!
She is called a Guardian ad litem and has been paid $40,000 every year since 2000 by Lancaster County Taxpayers. What does she do? According to the court calender, Garman has had 3 hearings in as many years. She has no office and no published phone number despite having this public position. Garman is to represent Harris’ daughter and has steadfastly refused repeated attempts to get the father and daughter reunited.
Husband and wife. Work as a team selling real estate AND as a spiritual counseling team at Calvary Church. Ted was arrested along with Flanders in a Criminal Conspiracy and False Swearing scheme. The pair put their heads together to accuse Vonderheide of the most dastardly of deeds. The problem? The surveillance footage from the Lancaster County Courthouse showed Vonderheide was completely innocent.
Kathy, Flander's closest ally, was working as a Calvary church counselor. She used that position to help drug an otherwise healthy 6 year old boy to enable Flanders in her custody battle. Like her husband, Kathy has also give False Statements to Authorities additionally was involved in an attempt to initiate an incident with Vonderheide shortly after her husband was arrested in April.
